ABM HR Services aim to offer a flexible approach to ensure we best meet client needs. There are three main service options.
- Retained service.
The retained service provides our clients with an “on tap” HR services to enable you and your organisation to focus on your business. This service provides clients with a set number of hours or days per month based on their requirements for a fixed monthly fee. This provides for telephone support as well as face to face on site meetings.
- Project support
We recognise that some clients have a requirement for support on specific issue such as an HR audit, an organisation restructuring or a TUPE transfer. ABM HR services scopes the project with you the client, and agrees a package price for the work. This will usually include any associated documentation, telephone and on site support.
- Hourly support
As an alternative to the retained or project based support we can work with you to complete the work and charge the work based on the actual time worked at an agreed hourly fee.
